Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the backup lamp socket assemblies from the backup lamp housings, if applicable. Refer to Backup Lamp Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 743497 Size: SH
  2. Remove the lower fascia push-pins.

    3. Object Number: 743499 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws from the rear wheelhouse flanges.

    4. Object Number: 743498 Size: SH
  4. Remove the upper retaining bolts from the back of the fascia.
  5. Remove the fascia from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 743498 Size: SH
  1. Position the fascia to the vehicle impact bar.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the upper retaining bolts to the fascia.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).


    Object Number: 743499 Size: SH
  3. Install the screws that retain the fascia to the wheelhouse flanges.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4.5 N·m (40 lb in).


    Object Number: 743497 Size: SH
  4. Install and fully seat the lower push-pins.
  5. Install the backup lamp socket assemblies, if applicable. Refer to Backup Lamp Replacement.
