To the Saturn Warranty, Maintenance and Owner Assistance Information Booklet

For the 2005 Saturn Vehicles*

In addition to the Complete Vehicle Coverage described in the Saturn Warranty, Maintenance and Owner Assistance Information booklet, General Motors of Canada Limited will warrant each 2005 Saturn vehicle for 5 years, or 100 000 kilometres, whichever comes first, from the original in-service date of the vehicle, against warrantable repairs to the Powertrain components of the vehicle as listed below:

Cylinder head, block, all internally lubricated parts, manifolds, timing gears, timing chain/belt, timing cover, flywheel, oil pump/oil pump housing, water pump, fuel pump, harmonic balancer, OHC carriers, valve covers, oil pan, engine mount, seals and gaskets.

Case, all internal parts, torque converter, transfer case, transmission/transaxle mounts, seals and gaskets.

Final drive housing, all internal parts, axle shafts and axle shaft bearings, constant velocity joints, axle housing, propeller shafts, universal joints, wheel bearings, locking hubs, front differential actuator, supports, front hub bearings and rear axle hub bearings, seals and gaskets.

This special Powertrain Component Warranty is a supplement to the express conditions and warranties described in this book. The coverages and benefits described under "Complete Vehicle Coverage" are not extended or altered because of this Saturn special Powertrain Component Warranty.
