The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Customer complains of the power sliding door inop and vehicle has a PSD DTC code of B1292, (codes are now read through a Tech 2).
Recommendation/Instructions:
Pull fuse #21 15amp fuse and fuse #25 40amp fuse in the IP fuse block for 45 seconds. When reinserted, it will clear the code and the door will function fine. Remember to re-learn the door by electronically cycling it from any switch 2 times anytime a fuse is pulled. This DTC B1292 seems to be a one time occurence and has not been duplicated after cleared.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance.
