Removal Procedure
  1. Position the shift lever boot out of the way (2).

    2. Object Number: 891830 Size: SH
  2. Remove the retaining screw (3) from the lever.
  3. Remove the lever (1).

Installation Procedure
  1. Insert the shift lever (1) into the shift lever housing.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 891830 Size: SH
  2. Install the shift lever retaining screw (3) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in) .
  3. Position the shift lever boot (2).
