Auxiliary Evaporator Drain Hose Replacement for Chevrolet Uplander 2009

1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.



2. Remove the auxiliary evaporator pipe clamp screw.
3. Remove the auxiliary evaporator drain hose from the evaporator clamp.
4. Remove the evaporator drain hose from the auxiliary evaporator housing.

1. Install the evaporator drain hose to the auxiliary evaporator housing.
2. Install the auxiliary evaporator drain hose to the evaporator clamp.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the auxiliary evaporator pipe clamp screw and tighten to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in)
4. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
