Auxiliary Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement for Chevrolet Uplander 2009

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 791361 Size: SH
  1. Remove the left lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  2. Disconnect auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  3. Remove the auxiliary air temperature actuator bolts/screws.
  4. Remove the auxiliary air temperature actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 791361 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary air temperature actuator.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the auxiliary air temperature actuator bolts/screws and tighten to 1.6N·m (14 lb in) .
  3. Connect the auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  4. Install the left lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
