Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1547650 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the center air distribution duct nuts.
  3. Remove the center air distribution duct from the crosscar beam.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1547650 Size: SH
  1. Position the center air distribution duct to the crosscar beam.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the center air distribution duct nuts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in) .
  3. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .
