Condition
Some customers may comment on a hard spot or lump that can be felt in the driver and/or passenger seat.
Correction
Replace the cushion (pad) for the affected seat. For the driver seat, refer to the Front Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement procedure in Service Information (SI Document ID #1527820). For the passenger seat, the cushion must be replaced along with the passenger presence system. These components are assembled and calibrated as a unit. Refer to the Front Inflatable Restraint Passenger Presence System Replacement procedure in Service Information (SI Document ID #1528207).
