Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1681509 Size: SH
  1. Remove the muffler. Refer to Muffler Replacement .
  2. Drill out the resonator heat shield rivets (1).
  3. Remove the heat shield.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1681509 Size: SH
  1. Position the heat shield to the underbody.
  2. Install NEW rivets (1) attaching the resonator heat shield to the underbody.
  3. Install the muffler. Refer to Muffler Replacement.
