- To change the automatic door lock operation mode, press and release
the lock on either door lock switch. The BCM sounds the chime a number of
times equivalent to the automatic door lock operation mode.

- Insert key into the ignition key lock cylinder and turn the ignition
switch to the RUN position.
- Lower all vehicle windows.
- Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position and remove key from
the ignition key lock cylinder.
- Step out of the vehicle.
- Verify that all passenger doors are closed (except driver's door).
- Press lock on driver's door lock switch. Listen to 3 chimes.
- Close the driver's door.
- Within 5 seconds, open the left sliding door (if equipped). Press
lock on driver's door lock switch. Listen to 3 chimes.
- Close the left sliding door (if equipped).
- Wait 5 seconds while observing the door locks.
- Unlock and open RF door.
- Press lock on door lock switch. Listen to 3 chimes.
- Close RF door.
- Within 5 seconds, open the right sliding door. Press lock on passenger
door lock switch. Listen to 3 chimes.
- Close the right sliding door.
- Wait 5 seconds while observing the door locks.
Upon pressing lock on either door lock switch and no key inserted in
the ignition key lock cylinder, all doors lock 5 seconds after last door is
closed.
