Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right cowl trim panel. Refer to Cowl Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the right lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the right rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  5. Remove the wiper module cover. Refer to Wiper Module Cover Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 512031 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the rear washer pump.
  7. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the washer solvent container.

    8. Object Number: 313635 Size: MH
  8. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the rear washer nozzle (2).
  9. Disconnect the rear washer hose (1) from the rear washer nozzle (2).
  10. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the rear liftgate conduit.

    11. Object Number: 776381 Size: SH
  11. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the opening in the dash panel.
  12. Remove the rear washer hose from the right side of the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 776381 Size: SH
  1. Route the rear washer hose along the right side of the vehicle.
  2. Apply lubricant to the rear washer hose ends.
  3. Install the rear washer hose end through the opening in the dash panel.

    4. Object Number: 512031 Size: SH
  4. Connect the rear washer hose to the washer solvent container.
  5. Connect the rear washer hose end to the rear washer pump.

    6. Object Number: 313635 Size: MH
  6. Route the rear washer hose (1) opposite end through the rear liftgate conduit.
  7. Connect the rear washer hose (1) to the rear washer nozzle  (2).
  8. Position the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
  9. Press in firmly to install the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
  10. Install the wiper module cover. Refer to Wiper Module Cover Replacement .
  11. Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  12. Install the rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.
  13. Install the lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  14. Install the right cowl trim panel. Refer to Cowl Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
