Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  2. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Speaker Replacement .

  3. Object Number: 319748  Size: SH
  4. Remove the front door window run channel screws.

  5. Object Number: 813007  Size: SH
  6. Remove the front door window run channel from the front door window weatherstrip.
  7. Remove the front door window run channel from the front door.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 813007  Size: SH
  1. Position the front door window run channel to the front door window weatherstrip, pressing in until fully seated.

  2. Object Number: 319748  Size: SH
  3. position the front door window run channel to the front door.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the front door window run channel screws.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  7. Install the front door speaker. Refer to Radio Front Speaker Replacement .
  8. Install the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  9. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
