Rear Side Door Actuator Control Module Replacement With RPO E58

1. Remove the right rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.



2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power sliding door (PSD) actuator control module (2).
3. Pull the PSD actuator control module (2) inboard in order to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.

1. Push the PSD actuator control module (2) outboard to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.
2. Install the PSD actuator control module electrical connectors.
3. Adjust the actuator cable. Refer to Rear Side Door Actuator Cable Tension Adjustment .
4. Perform the reinitialization procedure. Refer to Power Sliding Door (PSD) Re-Initialization .
5. Install the right rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.

Rear Side Door Actuator Control Module Replacement With RPO E59

1. Remove the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.



2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power sliding door (PSD) actuator control module (2).
3. Pull the PSD actuator control module (2) inboard in order to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.

1. Push the PSD actuator control module (2) outboard in order to unhook the control module from the actuator motor.
2. Install the PSD actuator control module electrical connectors.
3. Adjust the actuator cable. Refer to Rear Side Door Actuator Cable Tension Adjustment .
4. Perform the reinitialization procedure. Refer to Power Sliding Door (PSD) Re-Initialization .
5. Install the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.
