Loud clunking noise at the rear of the vehicle.
There may be loose or cross threaded rear shock bolts. Refer to the illustration above.
Clean/tighten or replace the bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 85 N·m (63 lb ft).
Loud clunking noise.
The exhaust may not be connected to an exhaust hanger. Refer to the illustration above.
Reinstall the hanger.
Loud "Clunking" noise at the rear of the vehicle.
The rear coil spring may be contacting the body.
Assure that there is no contact to the body. Reposition the spring if there is contact to the body. Refer to the illustration above.
Rattle in the overhead console.
There may be loose stock in the overhead console. Refer to the illustration above.
Lower the console and remove the loose stock.
The overhead console rattles.
The overhead console may not be clipped into the overhead bracket.
Push the console up until secure. Refer to the arrow in illustration above.
The wires above the headliner may be rattling or ticking.
The wires may not be conforming to the headliner.
Duct tape the wires to the headliner.
Loud overhead rattle.
The roof rack may be missing a screw.
Reinstall the screw.
Instrument panel rattle.
The instrument bolts may be loose.
Tighten the bolts.
