Condition
Some customers may comment on moisture in the headlamps of the vehicle.
Cause
This may be caused by the cycling of the lights on and off which causes pressure to build in the headlamp assembly. This may result in a break down of the bonded joint between the lens and housing, allowing moisture to enter.
Correction
Replace with new design headlamp (capsule) with vent tube. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement (SI Document ID #737297) and Headlamp Aiming (SI Document ID #800907).
