Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1280215 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the glove box. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Controls.
  3. Remove the air filter cover by sliding upward.

    4. Important: The air filter is divided in 2 parts, replace as a set.

  4. Remove the air filter.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1280215 Size: SH

    Important: The air filter is divided in 2 parts, replace as a set.

  1. Install the air filter.
  2. Install the air filter cover by sliding upward.
  3. Install the glove box. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Controls.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
