Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1265564 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the crossmember assembly from the vehicle.
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft-to-crossmember clamp bolts.
  4. Remove the stabilizer shaft, the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp, and the insulators from the crossmember.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft, the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp, and the insulators from the crossmember.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the stabilizer shaft-to-crossmember clamp bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the stabilizer shaft-to-crossmember clamp bolts. to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  3. Install the crossmember assembly to the vehicle.
