Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1281741 Size: SH
  1. Remove the window frame inner cover.
  2. Remove the bolts.
  3. Remove the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  5. Remove the outside rearview mirror assembly from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1281741 Size: SH
  1. Install the outside rearview mirror assembly screws.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the outside rearview mirror assembly screws to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  4. Install the bolts.
  5. Install the window frame inner cover.
