1. Remove the controller.
2. Turn ON the ignition.
3. Measure the voltage between terminal A7 and A16 of the connectors.

Does the voltage measure within the specified value?

11-14 V

1. Inspect the connector and controller for damages.
2. Repair the damaged parts or replace the controller.

Did you complete the repair?

Measure the resistance between terminal A16 of the connector and ground.

Does the resistance measure equal to the specified value?

0 ohms

Repair the open circuit between fuse F18 and terminal A7.
