Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2008 🢒 Vivant 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 1.6L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1263628 Size: SH
  1. Install the exhaust manifold and gasket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the exhaust manifold retaining nuts and tighten in the sequence shown.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold retaining nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the oxygen sensor.
  4. Install the exhaust flex pipe retaining nuts to the exhaust manifold studs.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the flex pip retaining nuts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  5. Install the heat shield.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the heat shield bolts to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  6. Connect the oxygen sensor connector.

    7. Object Number: 1263054 Size: SH
  7. Install the air inlet duct assembly.
  8. Install the air inlet duct bolts.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable.
