Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1265670 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Seperate the stoplamp switch from the connector.
  3. Remove the stoplamp switch nut.
  4. Turn the stoplamp switch connector assembly counterclockwise and remove it from the brake pedal bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1265670 Size: SH
  1. Install the stop lamp switch connector assembly into the brake pedal bracket, turn clockwise.
  2. Install the stop lamp switch nut.
  3. Install the stop lamp switch to the connector.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
