Removal Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1280568 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the front left wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the bolts, screws and the front wheel splash shield.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  5. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.
  6. Remove the washer pump.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1280568 Size: SH
  1. Install the washer pump.
  2. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
  3. Connect the electrical connector.
  4. Install the front wheel well splash shield.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the wheel well splash shield bolts and screws.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts and screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the front left wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
