Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1265740 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector from the rear axle.

    4. Object Number: 1265741 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor cable grommets.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1265741 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear wheel speed sensor cable grommets and bolt.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  2. Connect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector to the rear axle.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
