DT 46474 (DW260-060) Brake F Cup Spring Compressor

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.




1. Remove the side shaft. Refer to Side Shaft Removal .
2. Remove the disc set.



3. Remove the brake F inner disc carrier.



4. Mount the DT 46474  (1). Remove the brake F split stop ring.



5. Remove the fixture. Remove the cup spring.



6. Release the piston F by applying compressed air to the bore.




Important: The bearing set is tight. Press the bearing plate upward from underneath to remove.

7. Remove piston F and the bearing plate with the spur gear.
