Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Remove the upper radiator air baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement.
3. Remove the fan shroud assembly. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement.
4. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement.
5. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement.
6. Remove the radiator support brackets. Refer to Radiator Support Bracket Replacement.
