Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 733673 Size: SH
  1. Open the fuel filler door.
  2. Remove the fuel cap.
  3. Remove the fuel filler hose. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.5L.
  4. Remove the screws from the fuel filler pocket.
  5. Remove the fuel filler pocket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 733673 Size: SH
  1. Align the fuel filler pocket to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws to the fuel filler pocket.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the fuel filler hose. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.5L.
  4. Install the fuel cap.
  5. Close the fuel filler door.
