J 41240 Fan Clutch Remover and Installer

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools.


    Object Number: 856224 Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW water pump gasket.
  2. Install the water pump.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the water pump bolts. Tighten the water pump bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 856223 Size: SH
  4. Install the water pump pulley.
  5. Install the water pump pulley bolts.
  6. Install J 41240 remover and installer to hold pulley.
  7. Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
  8. Remove J 41240 remover and installer .
