Each Labor Operation Description clearly identifies the repair that is allowable on that component. These notations are provided below:
REPLACE (as a single action word)
The REPLACE notation is used when the part or assembly is subject to replacement.
R&R (as a single action word)
The R&R notation indicates the part or assembly is repairable and can be removed, repaired, and reinstalled. Some labor operations so noted are followed by ADD statements which cover possible repair conditions, unless the operation is designated for the Straight-Time Averaging Process.
