The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
On rare occasions, a SES light may be experienced due to a P060D or P060E. When attempting to diagnose this concern, it will be found that SI does not contain diagnostic information for these DTCs on the models listed above.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If a P060D is encountered, follow the SI diagnostics for a P1680.
If a P060E is encountered, follow the SI diagnostics for a P1681.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
