Some customers may comment that the engine will not crank. Technicians may find that the vehicle's battery is dead or in a low state of charge.

Cause

Don't Do This

Reprogram the radio.

Do NOT replace the radio or Body Control Module (BCM).

A revised calibration has been developed to address this condition. Technicians are to reprogram the radio using SPS with the latest software available on TIS2WEB.
