Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1350687 Size: SH
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  2. Remove the left front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
  3. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) suction hose from the compressor. Refer to Suction Hose Replacement.
  4. Remove the A/C discharge hose from the compressor. Refer to Discharge Hose Replacement.
  5. Remove the bolts securing the drive belt idler pulley to the engine.
  6. Remove drive belt idler pulley from the engine.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1350687 Size: SH
  1. Position drive belt idler pulley to the engine.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts securing the drive belt idler pulley to the engine.

    3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolts in sequence to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the A/C suction hose to the compressor. Refer to Suction Hose Replacement.
  4. Install the A/C discharge hose to the compressor. Refer to Discharge Hose Replacement.
  5. Install the left front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
  6. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
