Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the OnStar® vehicle communication interface module (VCIM). Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1367816 Size: SH
  2. Remove the nuts (1) retaining the navigation control processor bracket to the instrument panel (I/P) structure.

    3. Object Number: 1367821 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1367821 Size: SH
  1. Install the bracket to the I/P structure.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1367816 Size: SH
  2. Install the nuts (1) retaining the bracket to I/P structure.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the VCIM. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement.
