Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1245771 Size: SH
  1. Remove the endgate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement.
  2. Remove the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the endgate.
  3. Remove the endgate hinge from the endgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1245771 Size: SH
  1. Install the endgate hinge to the endgate.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the endgate and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  3. Install the endgate to the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement.
