Clutch Plate Retaining Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
18 N·m (13 lb ft)

Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement.

Compressor Clutch Plate/Hub Assembly Replacement LLV, LLR

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 667064 Size: SH
  2. Remove the clutch plate retaining bolt (1).
  3. Remove the clutch plate assembly (2).
  4. Remove the clutch hub/bearing snap ring (3).
  5. Remove the clutch hub/bearing assembly (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 667064 Size: SH
  1. Install the clutch hub/bearing assembly (4).
  2. Install the clutch hub/bearing snap ring (3).
  3. Install the clutch plate assembly (2).

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the clutch plate retaining bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).
  5. Install the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.
