Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1236617 Size: SH
  1. Remove the screw head covers from the midgate handle using a small flat-bladed tool.
  2. Remove the screws retaining the midgate handle to the midgate.
  3. Remove the midgate handle from the midgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1236617 Size: SH
  1. Install the midgate handle to the midgate.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws retaining the midgate handle to the midgate.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the handle screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the screw head covers to the midgate handle.
