Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 902562 Size: SH
  1. Open the endgate (drop mode).
  2. Remove the screw retaining the wedge to the endgate.
  3. Remove the wedge from the endgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 902562 Size: SH
  1. Install the wedge to the endgate.
  2. Install the screw retaining the wedge to the endgate.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screw only until the wedge does not rock, but will still slide up and down.

  3. Slide the wedge fully forward.
  4. Close the endgate to adjust the wedge on the endgate.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Open the endgate and secure the wedge to the endgate.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the wedge screw to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
