Rear Window Washer Pump Hose Replacement - Liftgate XUV

1. Disconnect the rear wiper hose connection (6) at the end gate outer panel.



2. Remove the end gate interior trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.



3. Remove the washer hose and grommet from the end gate outer panel.
4. Remove the end gate wiring harness from the end gate. Refer to Endgate Wiring Harness Replacement in Body Rear End.
5. Cut the rear washer hose ends where the hose ends break out of the harness.

1. Route the rear washer hose along the wiring harness.
2. Tape the rear washer hose to the wiring harness with 3 wraps of electrical tape at points no more than 100 mm (4 in) apart from each other.
3. Install the end gate wiring harness to the end gate. Refer to Endgate Wiring Harness Replacement in Body Rear End.



4. Install the rear washer hose and grommet to the end gate outer panel.
5. Install the end gate interior trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



6. Connect the rear wiper hose connection (1) at the end gate outer panel.

Rear Window Washer Pump Hose Replacement - Liftgate TrailBlazer, Envoy

1. Disconnect the rear wiper hose elbow connection (4) at the liftgate outer panel.
2. Remove the liftgate interior trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



3. Remove the washer hose and grommet from the liftgate outer panel.
4. Remove the liftgate wiring harness from the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Wiring Harness Replacement in Body Rear End.
5. Cut the rear washer hose ends where the hose ends break out of the harness and discard.

1. Route the rear washer hose along the wiring harness.
2. Tape the rear washer hose to the wiring harness with 3 wraps of electrical tape at points no more than 100 mm (4 in) apart from each other.
3. Install the liftgate wiring harness to the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Wiring Harness Replacement in Body Rear End.



4. Position the rear washer hose and grommet to the liftgate outer panel.
5. Install the liftgate interior trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.



6. Connect the rear wiper hose connection (4) at the liftgate outer panel.
