Important: Clean all the fuel pipe connections and surrounding areas before disconnecting the pipes in order to avoid possible contamination of the fuel system.

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Disconnect the fuel return line from the sender assembly. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
3. Disconnect the fuel feed line from the fuel filter. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Cap the fuel sender assembly pipes.
5. Disengage the fuel lines from the clip (7) at the front of the fuel tank.
6. Remove the fuel lines.

1. Install the fuel lines.
2. Engage the fuel lines to the clip (7) at the front of the fuel tank.
3. Remove the caps from the fuel sender assembly pipes.
4. Connect the fuel feed line to the fuel filter. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
5. Connect the fuel return line to the sender assembly. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
6. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
