Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    2. Object Number: 757743 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the inline connector from the sunroof electrical harness.
  3. With an assistant, remove the sunroof module assembly from the vehicle and place on a clean, prepared surface. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement .
  4. Remove the sunroof motor/actuator. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement .
  5. Remove the screw that retains the sunroof control module to the mounting bracket.
  6. Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors from the sunroof control module.
  7. Remove the sunroof control module from the mounting bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 757743 Size: SH

    Important: Ensure that the drive gear is fully indexed and seated to the drive cables.

  1. Position the sunroof control module to the mounting bracket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screw that retains the sunroof control module to the mounting bracket.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof control module screw to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  3. Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the sunroof control module.
  4. Install the sunroof motor/actuator to the sunroof module assembly. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement .
  5. With an assistant, install the sunroof module assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement .
  6. Connect the inline connector on the sunroof electrical harness.
  7. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
