The following procedure diagnoses the "Unable to Configure the OnStar® System" message from the OnStar® Call Center.
This step tests the configuration of the OnStar® system.
This step tests for an open in the IGN SEN circuit.
This step tests for a short to ground or an open in the ignition positive circuit.
