Verify that the sunroof is inoperative.

Does the sunroof operate normally?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

1. Turn the ignition to RUN or ACC, with the engine OFF.
2. Disconnect sunroof module connector C2.
3. Using a J 39200 digital multimeter (DMM), measure the continuity between cavity 1 (BLK/WHT) , cavity 6 (BLK) and cavity 8 (WHT). Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Is continuity present?

Replace the sunroof module. Refer to Power Sunroof Module Replacement

Is the repair complete?

Replace the sunroof motor. Refer to Power Sunroof Motor Replacement
