When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Condition/Concern:

Delayed transfer case engagement to the front wheels in AWD mode during a slip condition

Recommendation/Instructions:

  1. Install the updated calibration listed as "New Calibration for Improved Transfer Case Operation in AWD Mode".
  2. For 2002 Models order a TCCM through GMSPO and program with the above calibration.

Reminder: For transfer case related repairs, always check TIS2000 for updated calibrations.
