The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Due to an order processing error certain 2009 Envoy Denali trucks, built between VIN's 92100084 and 92108542, may have been shipped without the Cargo Package. The RPO identified as PDM, may not be an option listed on the window sticker, however, it is part of the Denali package.

The (PDM) Cargo Package includes the following items:

(B42) - Cargo Mat

(AP9) - Cargo Net

(RYJ) - Cargo Shade

The action required to address and correct this situation is as follows:

Dealers are to file a transportation claim in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual. The parts included in the (PDM) Package are to be ordered from GMSPO and installed on the affected vehicles. Again the vin range is between 92100084 and 92108542 - 2009 Envoy Denali's Only.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
