A SRTA is the product a highly successfill, customer satisfaction driven program tbat parallels the existing THM 125C/HYDRA-MATIC 3T40, THM 440-T4/HYDRA-MATIC 4T60 and 700-R4/HYDRA-MATIC 4L60 programs. It provides the techincian with a service alternative when addressing diagnostic and overhaul concerns.
All SRTA units are designed and remanufactured to updated Hydra-matic engineering specifications and are often less costly than a major overhaul.
GMSPO Parts Distribution Centers are committed to 48 hour maximum delivery time for all SRTA models, with no VIP charges.
In the interest of customer satisfaction, SRTA models should only be considered when the projected cost of repair exceeds tbe cost of a SRTA replacement.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
