If a body panel or a component with a bi-fuel decal is
replaced, apply the new decal as follows:
- Some bi-fuel
decals require information such as the date of manufacture or the tank service
expiration date. Record any necessary information before applying the decal
to the vehicle.
The following labels appear on this vehicle:

- Clean the area where the decal will be applied. Use a solvent
such as naphata or a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water.
- Dry the area thoroughly.
- Repaint
and feather any chipped paint in the area.
Important: The surface and the decal must be warmed to between 27°C and 38°C
(80°F and 100°F).
- Apply the decal to the surface of the vehicle.
