    Important: Cap the hose connections in each procedure.

  1. Disconnect the hose connection (3) (Gasoline Engines with Saginaw Power Steering and Hydraulic Brakes).

    2. Object Number: 219095 Size: MH
  2. Disconnect the hose connections (2, 6, 14, 15) (Gasoline Engines with Saginaw Power Steering and Air Brakes).

    3. Object Number: 219104 Size: LH
  3. Disconnect the hose connection (1) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear).

    4. Object Number: 219115 Size: MH
  4. Disconnect the hose connections (2, 4) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Hydraulic Brakes).

    5. Object Number: 219346 Size: MH
  5. Disconnect the hose connections (3, 6) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Air Brakes).

    6. Object Number: 219116 Size: MH
  6. Disconnect the hose connections (3, 6) (Caterpillar® 3126 Engine with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Hydraulic Brakes).

    7. Object Number: 219117 Size: MH
  7. Disconnect the hose connections (1, 9) (Caterpillar® 3126 Engine with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Air Brakes).

    8. Object Number: 218240 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the hose connections (1, 3, 5, 6, 7) (Caterpillar® 3126 Engine with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, and Slave Steering Gear).
  9. Drain the pump.
  10. Fill the pump with new power steering fluid.
  11. Drain the fluid.
  12. Inspect the fluid for foreign material.
  13. Repeat the draining process as necessary.

  16. Connect the hose connections (1) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear).

    17. Object Number: 219115 Size: MH
  17. Connect the hose connections (2, 4) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Hydraulic Brakes).
  18. Connect the hose connections (3, 6) (Gasoline Engines with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Air Brakes).

  19. Connect the hose connections (3, 6) (Caterpillar® 3126 Engine with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Hydraulic Brakes).

    20. Object Number: 219117 Size: MH
  20. Connect the hose connections (1, 9) (Caterpillar® 3126 Engine with TRW Ross Power Steering Gear, Remote Reservoir, Air Brakes).

    21. Object Number: 218240 Size: SH
  21. Connect the hose connections (1, 3, 5, 6, 7).
  22. Fill the pump with new power steering fluid.
