Parking and Turn Signal Lamp Replacement Lamp Bulb

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 200974  Size: SH
  1. In order to remove the lens from the lamp housing, insert a screwdriver into the slot on the lens and apply a slight twisting motion.

  2. Object Number: 200976  Size: SH
  3. In order to remove the bulb, perform the following steps:
  4. 2.1. Press the bulb into the socket.
    2.2. Turn the bulb to the left.
    2.3. Pull out the bulb.

Installation Procedure

  1. In order to install the bulb, press the bulb into the socket and turn it to the right.

  2. Object Number: 200974  Size: SH
  3. Install the lens to the lamp housing.

Removal Procedure

    Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  4. Remove the two retaining nuts and the backing plate.
  5. Remove the lamp housing.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lamp housing.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the backing plate and the two retaining nuts.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining nuts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
