1. Set the headlamp switch to OFF.
2. Remove the daytime running light (DRL) relay. Refer to Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) Relay Replacement .
3. Connect a test lamp between terminal D5 in the DRL relay socket and chassis ground.

Did the test lamp light?

1. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
2. Connect a test lamp between terminal D1 in the DRL relay socket and chassis ground.

2. Connect a test lamp between terminal D in the DRL control module harness connector and chassis ground.

Locate and repair the short to voltage in CKT 10 (YEL).

Connect a test lamp between terminal G in the DRL control module harness connector and chassis ground.

2. Connect a test light between terminal A in the DRL diode module harness connector and chassis ground.

Did the test lamp light?

3. Connect a jumper between terminals C and B in the headlamp switch harness connector.

Did the test lamp light?

Locate and repair the open in CKT 634 (YEL) between terminal B in the headlamp switch harness connector and terminal A in the DRL diode module harness connector.

1. Connect a jumper between terminals A and B in the DRL diode module harness connector.
2. Connect a test lamp between terminal D4 in the DRL relay socket and chassis ground.

Did the test lamp light?

Locate and repair the open in CKT 39 (PNK) between S230 and terminal C in the DRL control module harness connector.

Is the repair complete?

Locate and repair the open in CKT 250 (BLK) between S231 and terminal H in the DRL control module harness connector.
