Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    2. Object Number: 181988 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oil filter from the engine block.

    3. Object Number: 182850 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil pan drain plug and drain the engine oil.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 181988 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil filter to the engine block. Refer to the oil filter manufactures tightening specification on the oil filter box.

    2. Object Number: 182850 Size: SH
  2. Install the drain plug to the oil pan.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 28 Nm 21 lb ft.

  3. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  4. Fill the crankcase with oil. Refer to Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations in General Information.
