Connect a test lamp from CKT 13 (LT BLU) at the IP lamps dimmer switch to chassis ground.

Did the test lamp light?

  1. Connect a test lamp from CKT 8 (GRY) at the IP lamps dimmer switch to chassis ground.
  2. Adjust the IP lamps dimmer switch to full brightness.

Did the test lamp light?

Locate and repair the open in CKT 13 (LT BLU) between the headlamps switch and the IP lamps dimmer switch.

Is the repair complete?

Locate and repair the open in CKT 8 (GRY) between the IP lamps dimmer switch and the affected component.

Replace the IP lamps dimmer switch.
